Certified Refurbished: The Gold Standard
Certified refurbished is the most rigorous category. A certified phone has been returned to a manufacturer or authorised refurbisher, inspected by a trained technician, repaired where needed, factory reset, cosmetically graded, and given a warranty of 6 to 12 months.

Refurbished means it was broken
